Right of withdrawal

This information is for consumers within the meaning of section 13 BGB when concluding a paid distance contract for Premium. Free Glint and the free account are not paid consumer contracts; withdrawal does not apply there, though deletion remains available under the privacy notice. The German text is the legally relevant version for users in Germany.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Nordiqo Einzelunternehmen, Hohensteiner Straße 2, 27751 Delmenhorst, Deutschland, E-Mail: postmaster@cloakmail.eu) of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. You may also use the “Cancel contract” page.
To meet the deadline it is sufficient that you send the notice before the period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except supplementary costs if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive the notice. We will use the same means of payment as for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged for the reimbursement.
If you asked for the services to begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an amount in proportion to what has been provided until you informed us of withdrawal, compared with the full coverage of the contract.
Start of performance
Premium is a digital service that starts when the plan is enabled. Completing Stripe Checkout is a request that performance begin before the withdrawal period ends. A complete loss of the withdrawal right under the digital-content rules (section 356(5) BGB) applies only where those rules fit and the statutory acknowledgements exist. For the service, the proportionate payment above applies.
