Right of withdrawal

This information is for consumers within the meaning of section 13 BGB when concluding a paid distance contract for Premium. Free Glint and the free account are not paid consumer contracts; withdrawal does not apply there, though deletion remains available under the privacy notice. The German text is the legally relevant version for users in Germany.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Nordiqo Einzelunternehmen, Hohensteiner Straße 2, 27751 Delmenhorst, Deutschland, E-Mail: postmaster@nordiqo.de) of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. You may also declare the withdrawal in text form through the cancellation function “Cancel contracts here”.
To meet the deadline it is sufficient that you send the notice before the period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive the notice. We will use the same means of payment as for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged for the reimbursement.
If you asked for the services to begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an amount in proportion to what has been provided until you informed us of withdrawal, compared with the full coverage of the contract.
Start of performance
Premium is a digital service that starts when the plan is enabled. Before ordering we ask for your express request, by a checkbox in Billing, that we start before the withdrawal period ends. Without it you cannot order Premium. We record the time of your request and confirm it to you in text form with the order confirmation.
Once we have fully performed the service, your right of withdrawal lapses under section 356(4) BGB if we began only after you expressly agreed and acknowledged that you lose the right on full performance. Until then, on withdrawal you owe only the proportionate payment described above.
