Cancel contract

You can cancel the paid Cloakmail Premium subscription (monthly or yearly) concluded via Stripe Checkout.

The free account and Glint are not paid continuing obligations. Delete an account in Settings; Glint ends when it expires.

Ordinary cancellation ends Premium at the end of the term already paid. The plan stays active until then unless agreed otherwise.

Withdrawal within fourteen days of conclusion follows the withdrawal notice, not this notice period.

You may also cancel in text form to postmaster@cloakmail.eu. We will acknowledge receipt.

After confirmation we open the billing portal — if you are signed in — where the Stripe subscription is ended. If you are not signed in, send the cancellation by email with your account address. We will confirm once we have matched the request.
