Cancel contract

You can cancel the paid Cloakmail Premium subscription (monthly or yearly) concluded via Stripe Checkout.

The free account and Glint are not paid continuing obligations. Delete an account in Settings; Glint ends when it expires.

Premium runs indefinitely and can be cancelled at any time with at most one month’s notice (see Terms section 5). With monthly payment the contract ends at the end of the paid month; with yearly payment one month after we receive the cancellation, and we refund pre-paid fees for the time after that pro rata. The plan stays active until the contract ends. Termination for good cause is possible at any time; please state the reason.

Withdrawal within fourteen days of conclusion follows the withdrawal notice, not this notice period.

1. Click “Cancel contracts here”. No login is needed. 2. On the confirmation page state the kind of cancellation (ordinary or for cause), your name, your account email, the contract and the desired date. 3. Click “Cancel now”.

Immediately afterwards you see a confirmation with the date and time of receipt and receive the same confirmation by email. The cancellation is declared on receipt; no further steps are needed. We end the subscription at Stripe at the relevant date. We use your details only to process the cancellation.
